The intimate recording was made in their home studio in Boston, and the album was mixed and mastered by Pete Weiss. It includes the duo’s own unique arrangements of 10 classic songs by the beloved bluesman, songwriter and finger-style guitarist. The album artwork was designed by Erin Harpe herself, and features a portrait of Mississippi John Hurt on the back cover by her dad, Neil Harpe!
