Erin Harpe has been called “one of the most dynamic, talented and exciting roots rocking blues women on the scene” by Living Blues Magazine, and her award-winning electric band, The Delta Swingers, is known to get crowds grooving with their unique sound, dubbed “Boogie, Blues & Beyond”. The quartet’s distinctive performances center around Erin’s exceptional finger-style blues guitar playing and soulful vocals, with a sound that harkens back to the time of juke joints. The band’s blues/roots/Americana cocktail has drawn comparisons to Muddy Waters, Bonnie Raitt, or Maria Muldour – updated with some modern funk, soul, rock, and even world-music mixed in. Erin has earned a reputation as a captivating performer, thrilling audiences large and small throughout the US, UK and Europe, sharing stages with heavyweights like ZZTop, Honeyboy Edwards, Buddy Guy, James Cotton and many others.
